Cleaning fee: $50

Deposit refunded 30 days after departure,

less cleaning fees, damage/replacement costs, if any.

Cancellation requires a 30 day notice. If less than 30 days, deposit

will be refunded only if the house can be rented to another

party during the time reserved, less $25 processing fee.

General excise tax & transient accommodation tax = 11.25%
