1 - 2 $160 daily. 4 night minimum.
Discount for stays longer than 10 days.
Additional guest: $20/maximum two
Up to 2 years of age = no charge
General excise tax and transient tax
= 13.416%.
Cleaning fee: $125

$200 deposit required within 10 days
of booking to confirm reservation.

ALL SEASON: 365 DAYS, SAME RATE.

Rent in full due 3 weeks prior to arrival.
(Money order, Personal check, Wire funds accepted)
Deposit refunded 14 days after departure
less cleaning fees, damage/replacement costs.

Cancellation requires a 30 day notice.
If less than 30 days, your deposit becomes
NON-REFUNDABLE.

Smoking welcome on lanai.
Check in: 3 PM
Check out: 10 AM
