1 - 2 $160 daily. 3 night minimum. 
Additional person $20/maximum 2 persons.
$1050 weekly

$200 deposit required within 10 days 
of booking to confirm reservation.

Rent in full due 2 weeks prior to arrival.
(we accept personal/travelers checks/cash)

Cleaning fee: $100
Deposit refunded 14 days after departure
less cleaning fees, damage/replacement costs, if any.

*Privacy Option*
Additional $10 per night to ensure Studio remains vacant. 

Cancellation requires a 30 day notice. 
If less than 30 days, the deposit will be refunded only 
if the house can be rented by another party 
during the time reserved, less $50 processing fee.

General excise tax and transient accommodation tax
= 11.25%.

Up to 2 year of age = no charge

Smoking welcome on lanai.
